IT'S (HIGH) TIME

It's (high) time you left. You will miss the bus.

This sentence refers to present time and it implies that perhaps it is already too late. We can use this structureThe way in which the parts of a sentence, clause or expression are arranged. Compare with this structure:

It's time (for me) to go.

This sentence implies that the speaker is still in time.
